Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Every order is packed with care in Toronto. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

If we’re experiencing a higher-than-usual order volume (especially around launches or restocks), processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 3–8 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Preorders

Items marked as preorder will ship once they’re in stock. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. Orders that include both in-stock and preorder items will ship together unless otherwise noted.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside of Canada, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout total.

Unfortunately, we cannot control or predict these charges.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Good Dogs Only is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need additional help, contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us immediately at naomi@shopgooddogsonly.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once it’s been processed.
